A tiny patch of light {Poppy}

Last week I had the pleasure of spending an hour in the company of Poppy and Judy, both previous clients of mine. Judy came up to me near Faversham and we headed off to the Gunpowder Works (website link here). The weather was perfect, warm and sunny. Judy is a very keen on all things nature (she writes an extremely informative blog www.walmermeadows.co.uk) and so we enjoy not just the photography, but the nature and surroundings too.

The trees overhead let in the tiniest shaft of light …

And I was delighted that Poppy looked in the right direction so that her eye was caught by the light.

Further on, we found another area that really appealed to me …

And, once again, Poppy posed beautifully. We found patches of buttercups, pink flowers (very pretty but I don’t know their name) and I’m looking forward to sharing the final images with Judy very soon.

No matter how old your dog, how well behaved or naughty, let me capture their personalities and your relationship with them … after all, dogs are here for a short time only:
